I went to supercuts today and asked for 1/2 of an inch of my hair to be cut off. The lady who cut my hair cut it, then proceeded to tell me she did more because it was long. She ignored my request wanting to keep my hair short, and decided to take matters into her own hands by making my haircut worse and cutting off more. 1 star.
