I usually don't do bad reviews but this takes the cake me and my husband have been going to this store for years and never seemed to be a problem thier has been a woman named Makenzie I believed that been thier for a while she is great but thier is a newer girl named Katie I believe she is rude give out wrong information and it was not just me but other customers thier as well she continually tried to throw the other girl under the bus even though she was not thier and Katie is who I specifically spoke to the same woman I have on a voice recording during the phone call. Honestly I hope she meets some one who's not just going to leave a bad review. Liar and theif

Game stop doesn't honor there warranties. At least not on Xbox elite series 2 controller. I called customer service and was told there are 18 refurbished controllers in the country the whole USA and she went on to tell me they weren't even positive of the locations. Yet they can only replace this controller with a refurbished one is what I was told is their company policy. What a scam to make money on the sale of a warranty they have no intention of honoring. Terrible business gamestop.
So unfortunately because of this shotty attempt to make millions off of the unaware I will in the future be taking my business to Walmart or another gaming supplier.

Tell me why my husband goes into game stop today, and tells me he wants this game. I said oh okay 50$ that’s fine. He got to the counter and they charged him 70$…. I’m confused because the sticker said 50$. So I go back into the store to confront them and they said “yeah there must have been a sale and it ended” So 1. You don’t know when your own sales are? And 2. It doesn’t matter, if there is a price sticker on there and YOU didn’t fix it, you need to honor that price. Not cool at all.

The manager and his assistant was very rude, unsympathetic and inconsiderate when I along with my young son we're trying to get help with a purchase. The way we are treated I will never be going back there again. Very unprofessional. I should have known better when they treated another customer before us in a heartless manner that we shouldn't expect anything close to a professional manner.

This place is a gem. I usually get great customer service because most of the time, the staff is kind, helpful, and informative. I am so happy this store did not go out of business. They usually sell all the newest games and some older games as well. They have decent prices and sell a lot of different games and accessories. Great place to find gifts for gamers of all ages.
