There's a few great clips that I've tried and all of them disappointed me besides this one! They have ways took care of me and my hair the way I wanted and needed. Highly suggested with the stylist that they have at this location.

Walked in not too long after they opened Sunday, the woman kinda gave an attitude when I said I didn't check in online. During the cut, she didn't say 2 words to me. I'm a taller woman, the lady cutting my hair was short. I had to slide down in my chair in order for her to reach. I asked for long layers, when I came home and my hair was dry, I realized instead of having long layers, she gave me short layers. I'm not happy at all with my cut, i wish I could glue all my hair back on. This was my first cut in 16 months since having a baby, and I hate it. $20 down the drain and I have to walk around unhappy with my hair .

DONT TAKE CHILDREN THERE! Horrible lady was rude. Sam the lady cutting hair Didn’t even ask or make sure on the haircut before starting it on my son. After she made the first pass nothing really could change for the sides but Then when we said we wanted it longer on the top she got bitchy and said I know with an attitude. Ended up going really short on top. The Phone dropped on the floor she picked it up and end up hitting it hard on my son’s head cause she couldn’t slow down for a second and realized he was right there.
I get cutting a kids hair is harder but if you can’t do it or have anything type of compassion when doing it then say you can’t do it!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience never will go back to that one.

Was going to take my son for a cut here but was rudely greeted walking in by the girl at the desk. Instead of hello or welcome it was there's a 40 minute wait like okay?? I see there are 4 people in store I understand there would be a wait but where is the damn customer service? I checked in and decided not to come back at all based on that exchange alone. Good luck keeping customers with her there.

The store on Navarre in Oregon Ohio. I was there on Friday Feb 7th and there were no people ahead of me and I didn't have to wait long. There was myself my grandson and a customer that came in also. The stylist and 2 other employees just restocking shelves and ignoring customers. I said to her I wasn't happy the last 2 times I had my hair cut but I came back anyway because I have been going there for 20 yrs. When I asked if she was the only one cutting hair (while TWO other employees stocking shelves) she rudely said..well we have to do it when it wasn't busy. It's not busy. THERE were two customers waiting. She was very snippy about it! I stood up and told I didn't like her attitude and walked out! This is the worst service I have ever had. I will be going super clips from now on. They did a great job and were very friendly and courteous. There were only two people working that night but took care of them immediately. The one stylist even said that if his next.appt.was late he would do my grandson right away. His appointment was there on time so of course he had to take him expectedly so. The man had an appointment but the stylist offered at least. My grandson waited until I was done and he was next. They did a wonderful job. Her name was Kris. I'll never go to great clips again or recommend it again. Go to super clips from now on. Sad after 20 yrs and have to say this.

I am usually happy with the haircut I get here, and the people are nice. Last week I had a haircut by a very angry woman, who I have never seen there before, she didn't want to cut my hair in the way I asked.
