The store is super clean and the staff was very helpful. Definitely plan on returning in the future for more purchases. Being a mechanic by trade, this is the only place I get my tools from ?. The quality is just as good as matco or snap on with the same return policy, it's a total win win. Thanks for being there for the little guy.

There is a"manager" named Jennifer who is beyond rude and arrogant. She was terrible to deal with today for a simple warranty. You can tell her pipes must not get cleaned often so she makes everyone else miserable. She hasn't held a tool in a long time and she most certainly shouldn't be in a business she has zero clue about other than smelling and looking like an old ugly man.

Recently bought a 20' telescopic flag pole. Put it up but a week later it kept losing a grip on one area. I took it back with no questions asked. They exchanged it for another one and told me it was now on sale. Received $20 refund also. Been there now a few times. Excellent customer service. I will be back

Nice clean big store. Staff are great, and they seem to have everything in stock most of the time. If not they have been good letting you know when they will have it back in stock.
