Paid for 4 tubes of steroid cream, but only received 2. Pharmacist insists they dispensed all four. I live on a fixed income. I don't have time for thieves. Off I go on the hunt for an honest pharmacy.

I wanted to stop and give these guys a 5 star review! I have had issues with Kroger and Walgreens. Then Rite Aid closed what a mess it was for me! I switched to Meijer and they have been great! Every single person I have spoken to has been so polite no matter how busy they are at the moment. Thank you meijer for being the best one around for me!

Regan was so kind and understanding when helping me with my issue! It wasn’t even an issue on the pharmacy’s side, but she went the extra mile looking things up for me and answering all my questions with patience. I don’t usually leave reviews but when a provider is as kind as she is, I felt I had to. If Regan’s pharmacy manager is seeing this… give this girl a raise! Not many customer service people are as nice or patient anymore but she is, and she is surely making a difference. 🩷

They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered! I needed an emergency prescription for my mom on a Wednesday, because the mailed prescription was delayed. They said they would contact the Doctor for me. The following Monday I still hadn't received any text from them, so I called and they said they had no record of me calling! So I explained the problem again and said it was even more of an emergency because now she was almost out, and they said they would take care of it. The next day I go there expecting to pick it up and they HAVE NO RECORD OF ME CALLING AGAIN!?!?!? The tech then told me it was probably because they hadn't filled that particular prescription in several years, so they didn't even bother to contact the doctor or tell me that they weren't going to!!! By that time my mom is out of the pills and there's nothing to be done! Why wouldn't they let their customers know about that policy?? I called twice and explained everything to them, yet they never told me that they wont fill a prescription or even contact the doctor(like they told me they were going to do) because it had been too long! That seems like something you should tell to someone who is waiting on an EMERGENCY PRESCRIPTION!!!! They totally failed in their obligation to help people!

I'm so happy I switched back after rite aid closed!!! I only switched due to transportation issues. This is the best pharmacy I've seen around! Thank you Meijer for even being better than you were 4 yrs ago!!!!

Literally don’t deserve one Star .. my doctor warned me that maskers would be a headache but with Rite Aide Closing I didn’t have many options and let me tell you it’s been nothing but annoying and inconsistent. Always been an issue with my scripts . They enroll you in auto text / call when your RX is ready they never EVER verify your order is ready . Wait time was always off by hours because I’m really chill and understanding but this experience has been insane .. I don’t don’t usually do reviews or bad mouth businesses but good lord this is one terribly unorganized pharmacy!! Do not recommend ! Choose a small local pharmacy save yourself the trouble!!

Very slow service I always try to call before coming to pick up my prescription to make sure it’s ready because there’s always a line!!!
I called for my prescription and was told to hold to check on it and was forgotten about for over 30 min hung up and tried to call back and was hung up on now on my third attempt
Highly dissatisfied I’ve never been to a pharmacy this slow :( :( :(
