While the store is generally well-received, with a recently completed remodel that has improved the flow and cleanliness, there have been some reports of rude staff members, particularly at the self-checkout, and issues with long wait times and crowded conditions.

Probably one of my favorite Meijer stores. It's so clean and organized. I tend to stop here on my way to Detroit and get a few road snacks.
