Jessica took care of me today. She was very professional and personable. Caring and attentive. And Dr Patel was just perfect!
I only gave 4 star because the checking out process. There's a wall between where they have you sit and the reception area. She yelled my name to come to the desk instead of coming around that wall and saying she could help me. So, lose the wall or have them get up and go get the customer. Wasn't cool at all.

The three stars are for my eye doctor who did a good job. But the other side just as some of the other reviews, it was three weeks I called a few times and no answer, then I called on the fourth week I called two days in a row and left a message and nothing. Today I when in and my glasses were in and the excuse I got was it looked like the text failed, I guess it would be to hard to call then. The next time I'm going to get my glasses at Glasses USA. The eyeglasses and contacts side you need to do better in customer communication and answer the phone and do a callback. STOP LEAVING YOUR CUSTOMERS HANGING!

I was greatly impressed with the friendliness of the assistant Amber who took care of me today. She was sociable, energetic about her job, and really made me feel that she took an interest about me as her patient. She really enjoys her work, and it shows. She definitely chose the perfect profession for herself.

Called a week ago for an appointment for my husband and I. They told me 330 and 4 for his appointment. We work 3rd shift. So we get there and they didn’t even bother to put me on the schedule. The lady at the front desk was rude and because it was their screw up I will never be doing business again. They weren’t even willing to fix the issue and squeeze me in today.

Very poor communication.. they waste your time and tell you that you have a appointment and you walk in and they don't have a appointment and give you attitude. I wish I could bill them for my lost time

No respect for people’s time. I waited 55 minutes past my appointment time before being called back. The ladies at the front desk were kind and apologetic but it seems like this is a reoccurring issue. I would recommend not over booking and/or giving clients a curtesy call if you are running behind.

Would love to give this place that I used to work at 20+ years ago(when it was under a different name/different owners) a higher star review, mostly because I do really like the doctors I see, especially Dr. Swain and Dr. Monroe.. but have to give a 2 star review because of the front desk staff and especially the scheduler Tiffany. If I was just to rate the front desk and appointment scheduler Tiffany, I would have given this review a 0 star. But because the techs and doctors are great I settled on a 2 star. But when I have to make an appointment or come to the desk I cringe every time. They are very unfriendly, off-putting and rude. Tiffany always sounds like she hates her job, just woke up, and I can barely understand her and makes me feel like I am a bother to her. She has no personality and sounds so rude when she talks. This first impression to every appointment makes me not want to ever come back but luckily the techs and doctors are great or I wouldn't. Please get better customer service reps for your business or you will continue to lose patients because they will all lose the patience with your rude workers!!! Lose them and your reviews will go up, I promise!

My first experience, they had me listed under a wrong last name and the one lady was simply dismissing me. Another lady caught on to THEIR error and fixed it. This 2nd time, they contacted me that I was due for an exam. So I set up an appointment. Which they confirmed. I went to my appointment, and the same lady who had been ugly and rude to me was again nasty and rude. "You can pay out of pocket if you still want your appointment, but if you want your insurance to pay you will have to reschedule." And it is not what she said, but her snotty belligerent way she spoke to me. I think that I will probably be searching for a new eye doctor over her, even though I was content with everyone else in the office. She has no right to treat people the way she does.P. Cobun

I have been with Midwest eye Consultants for a few years now and I have to say the service is one of the worst places I have ever experienced. The ladies at the desk are down right rude. Me and my daughter had appointments for eye exams and they told us they were having problems with getting our exams covered by our insurance because of the switch from one carrier to another saying they were not accepting the new insurance carrier as of yet.We had our exams and I asked them to bill me because my insurance would’ve paid it in full. About a month later I called and made an appointment to go pick out a pair of glasses and they gladly made the appointment for me. I drove all the way there and they told me until I pay my balance off from our exams I couldn’t order glasses, that definitely should’ve been information you give to a patient over the phone. I was very upset and unsatisfied with the way they acted when I asked about getting glasses. I have since tried to call to pay the bills for our exam which was 98$ a piece and haven’t been able to get through to anyone and have left several voicemails with no return call from them at all. I since then have taken my business elsewhere because I don’t appreciate the cocky attitudes when asked a question or the dirty looks that are given from some of their staff members. I will not be returning ever again nor will I refer any of my family or friends to this company. Just rude and completely unprofessional. We are the customers and they act like it’s a problem we are coming to get our eyes checked or even ask them a single question. It’s so sad we are treated in the disgusting manner they treated us in. There is so much more I could tell about them, however it really isn’t worth my time.

Very Unprofessional! The care I received was excellent, However, They are the worst run place I have ever encountered.I've requested multiple times to have my exam results sent to my PCP, Time & Time again it wasn't NEVER DONE. I had to call several times since they don't answer the phone, To request my results to be forwarded to my PCP.After a week they decided to call me at 6:30pm and lied to me several times! After this I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The ladies running the front desk and insurance part of everything over charged me money out my pocket . Then argued with us like we were in the wrong . Very unprofessional. Lost us 4 patients as customers .
