“Was an amazing visit. I just needed my wheels balanced and my battery tested! While waiting I did some shopping. So 2 birds with one stone kind of a thing, I guess. Did a wonderful job on the tire balancing but I couple weeks later I had to replace my battery they said was good. It had a bad cell and they did not catch it. Either way they did their best. Thank you for the fun visit.”

“I moved to AZ from Toledo and my engine went out 2 days before I left. I called around for months between AZ and Toledo looking for an engine. The prices were crazy and I also wasn't fully understanding the process. I called Margen Auto and got to speak with Bonnie! LET ME TELL YA! After my conversation with her, I got a better understanding and a great price!! Within 2 weeks I had the engine, starter, fuel pump,flex pipe and battery! Flew into Toledo and drove that bad boy 2k miles back to AZ!! My baby drives like the first day i got her! AWESOME pricing, awesome work, awesome communication! Highly recommend!!”

“I got my work vehicle completed maintenced with a tire rotation. The staff are young, friendly and provided quick service! The manager is great too! My ONLY bad opinion of this place is the customer service waiting area. The water container was broke and hot as hell inside. It made for a very uncomfortable wait as it was 86 degrees out today! That's why I rated 4 stars. Please get a new water source and fix the air. Even prisoners get that much. Just sayen :)”

“I’ve gone here exclusively for oil changes for 10 years now. Never had anything outside of a great experience. Staff is friendly, and up front about pricing and exactly why it costs what it does. They always top all my fluids off, check my tires air pressure and show me my new oil. I’ve never been there any longer than 20 minutes, but typically I am in and out in 10 minutes.”

“Rarely have them do oil changes on my vehicles since the price is a little high for just a drain and fill but I have taken multiple vehicles here for other fluid changes like coolant and transmission and never had any issues. Reason I like coming here is because the machine they use for transmission fluid exchanges just sucks old fluid out through the dipstick or fill/vent port, very gentle process no risk of damage and you get roughly %85-90 of the old fluid out. Done this service on multiple vehicles with various mileage never had a trans fail or perform bad after this service.Reason for four stars is they tend to be messy not a huge deal but I do like a clean engine bay I also have to tell the employee on the next visit in a NICE AND PROFESSIONAL (don’t be a karen) manner to not clean the hood with papertowels since that did put some micro scratches in my paint. To management; please inform your employees to use microfiber towels to clean paint or ask the customer if they want the hood cleaned. While these scratches will come out with a machine polish it’s better if they never happened in the first place.”
