First time in Pet Fanatics and was blown away by the selection. It was wonderful to finally step into a REAL pet store, not a franchise with very little selection. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to assist. Definitely will be my go to from this point forward.

Staff was friendly and helpful. My presence was acknowledged promptly and directions to my needed items were sufficient that I didn’t have to wander around because of having been given vague instructions. The service was very good.
