Thank you Lindsey, pharmacy tech. Today she took extra time, and she was very busy, to search for a discount on my medication. Through her extra effort I saved $25. I so appreciated her efforts and that friendly, smiling demeanor.

unfortunately, this location has been horrible within these past couple years. Prescriptions are ready never on time and no one ever answers the phone.

If I could give them a lower rating I would. Unfortunately my meds are never ready when they are due. They are on a morning fill and never ready before noon. They tell me to schedule refill 7 days before I out to make sure they have stock and then they text me on the due date they are out of stock and will not get them until the following Monday. Which means I could go without for 3 to 5 days.The best part was today they told us they are now charging for bags at checkout!Will be transferring scripts to another company. The excuse with not having enough staff is getting old. They do not answer the phone, the drive through is closed alot and they are not open the hours the sign or website says.

Every time I call I press 3 to speak to a pharmacist; it then transfers me where it rings for a little bit and then just goes right back to the beginning recorded message again. And repeat. And repeat. And repeat. Until I just hang up. There is no way to actually get ahold of anyone. No one ever answers even when I call dozens of times at all different times of day.Or, the call just immediately hangs up on me as soon as I call which it just did three times in a row. I don’t understand, this has to be a joke. Absolutely ridiculous!

They never answer phone and all employees are very rude , was hung up on several times trying to to see if my wife's meds were ready that were called in from the heart center after she was discharged from hospital , was told nothing was called in when I went in person the day of heee discharge and took paper showing it was sent to them but they still say nothing was sent and to call Dr back even though I have paper from Dr showing all rite aids info as the ones who received it, like I said terrible pharmacy with mean rotten hateful ars people , especially the pharmacy they don't care about you or your meds

Nobody answers the phone in the pharamacy. Then i go in and there's 3 people working yet no one attending to the drive through, must've been 10 people waiting in the lobby. And to top it all off they had a new guy working the desk while the other two were doing god knows what else on their computers instead of helping you know the actual customers??

Just went through window and lady terribly slow. Got home to realize insurance didn’t cover, I wondered at window but hated holding line up more.So I called when home, spoke to Lindsey and explained insurance and demographics on paper are from old address over 7 years ago, questioned price because of lack of insurance and dear Lindsey, who has been there 3 years, hung up on me. So yes there’s no doubt we won’t return
