Said card machine was down, so I had to give them cash. Refused to give me my change and said have a nice day like there was no problem with that. There is no valid excuse for a company to hold onto money that isn't theirs. I will never step foot in another Sunoco, do better.

The cashier didn’t pay attention and messed up my pump. She had to put the money back on my card because of her f up. I had no money until the money came back onto my card, I had to go to work and hope I didn’t run out of gas…shit attitude about it too.

I personally love the workers I have met there so far. There's two woman one is tall with light brown long hair and was very patient even while I counted change and super nice and the other one is a total sweetheart that's short with dark brown long hair. She's always very kind and pleasant to talk to and treats people great. The young man on nights is a great guy too very helpful and cares to help any way needed. I for one enjoy these 3 employees. I hope this updated post helps people.

Stay away from here at all cost, go up the road a 1/4 mile and shop there!!!! The fatter white lady is for ever trying to get you for a $1 or $2 on everything, but the lottery is her favorite scam, then when you call her out on it she pulls the whole "I'm sorry" then gets rude... she has tried to get me so many times now and i called her out on it... i went in today around 5:00pm to play Keno, i handed her my bet slip and I'm just now getting ready to check my numbers to see if I won anything, well she didn't play my number for 1 and for 2 she adjusted it for the number to be drawn for sometime tomorrow... I am now going after her job, reporting her to the lottery commissioner... the next time she works there are going to be 7 of us going in their 1 at a time while video is running on our phones of here scamming and then going to call the police because this is a strong habbit for her because she has done this same type of thing to about 12 of us now... if you read this act as if you are talking on your phone while paying but actually have your phone set on record to catch her doing this so we can bring as many charges as possible because I can only imagine how many she has done this to...I wish it would let me put up a copy of me keno ticket because it would prove at least part of my statement for the moment and then video later on her scamming... it is 12:59am so technically 5/24/2019 I bought my ticket 4/23/2019 at 4:48 meaning my keno draws would start to be drawn 4 minutes after the purchase my draw numbers are 1162872 to 1162878 that will be drawn some damn time tomorrow... she may have got me today and in the past few months but in the end it will be her that truly will lose...

To the customer service is excellent however I cannot believe there's no public restroom and the condition of the area where the pumps are they have no towels they have no hand sanitizer very little wind shield washer fluid and there's lots of trash and leaves all over the place as well with spiderwebs etc... for a place located in Oregon, it's hard to see this place going down like this.
