She charged us to do our taxes but to find out she took our money and never filed our taxes! I would not recommend anybody going to her to get taxes done!!!

Ad states she will look over past taxes for free, I was charged $100. I gave her a very detailed list of info for all my taxes and she filed without completing my taxes in full or calling to ask questions, if I didn't know what I was looking for I would have lost over $2500 dollars. She really didn't know tax laws very well, had to look them up myself. She then did an amended form for me, and of course the IRS sent it back to me because it was incomplete, which cost me more to send it back out. Very dissapointed in this service. Ad states you get more for less money. But I think I paid more for less.
