BEWARE!! These sales people are scam artist and liars! Do not believe a word they say, they only want to sell you more, your next bill will be double and when you return they will state they explained everything to you and you signed the paperwork. If you do ANY business voice record ALL conversations for proof. They will say " you can trial this for 30 days, no charge, no bring back charge" this is a lie, they charge you for it. They are trained to sell you more and celebrate when they get suckers. They add things on with out showing you the details after only a discussion. Make sure you look at all the fine details, do not let them rush you or tell you "oooo it's just an estimate they aren't usually correct" They get upset when you complain and all huddle together like they are going to jump you. lol. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!! ALL SLIME BALLS

Currently a Verizon prepaid customer. I'm prepaid by choice, I like to buy my phones cash and use the prepaid because its cheaper than contracts that include phones. The service is very good much better than AT&T that I had in the past. The employees are friendly and this location is clean and well maintained. I do not like their app because it seems like regardless if I'm on cellular service or wifi it never works right which as a prepaid customer is how I control my account.

While I did accomplish getting a new phone, the sales person was completely demeaning and rude. I'm sorry if I don't want to spend $50 on a case or another $50 for accessories when I already have them.

Verizon is dead. Scam artists. Dying brand. All customer service is over seas. Impossible to get anything handled. My bill changed for no reason higher of course and it's Impossible to get it looked into. Also they're all in with 5g. They stopped renewing leases on towers. Garbage service now worst of the top 3. Failing company. In 5 years they'll merge with 1 of the other 2 to save them and will have even less choices

The lady at Verizon did a wonderful job fixing my phone I messed up. She was was wonderful and patient! I was there shortly after 10 0clock on Fri. April7th.

I dont even know why we have cellular stores anymore. You have to either call in or go online for most services. I miss the days when you could go into a Verizon store and they'd troubleshoot everything for you. I guess I just showed my age

Terrible experience. There were 11 Verizon employees in the Navarre Ave store when we arrived and we were the only customers. We wanted to make a change to our plan and upgrade a phone. The manager informed us that the plan changes could not be done at the store but had to be done by calling Verizon. REALLY? From the parking lot we contacted another Verizon store with a higher rating and that associate offered to assist us with the plan change and phone upgrade. We drove to the Secor Road store and had an amazing customer experience.

Long wait but I went without an appointment I was there about an hour guy said it would take 4 to 10 days to complete port in but an hour later from leaving i was on Verizon network
