Went in to ask if a cord was available for a charger I already have. Yes, a cord was available. Doug B was very helpful plus he did not talk to me like I was old and senile or stupid. He was very respectful, answered all my questions and made sure I understood my options.?

We came into the store with some problems on my phone and the representative his name was maverick he was able to solve the problem with in 10 minutes. Satisfied all the way around with previous transactions. We much prefer this store over the corporate store right down the road.
