“Got off work this AM. Flat tire with a screw or nail in it. Found them open and slowly drove there. They tried to fix tire but could not. I got a replacement and was able to get home safely. I kept dozing at their site. Everyone was professional and competent. If you are a female, this is a good place to go.”
“Went cause I thought I had a broken tie rod . They do free inspections. Found out it was something simple. Nate Bibler was very professional with his customer service. And David Kramer is the Gemeral Manager but was out in the garage working on vehicles. Thought it was great the GM was out helping his staff. The lobby got busy. “Excellent, friendly, and professional service. I never had much of a wait here. Never had a problem with the tires or valve stems and they send you out with your tire pressure like it's supposed to be. If you have auto inflaters might want to double check them as they can come loose in the process. Nice little diner right next door too.”
“This shop has honestly been a blessing during a really stressful stretch for me. My car wouldn’t start, and after changing the alternator and the starter, it was still dead. I ended up towing it to Acura for diagnostic testing, and they told me the issue was caused by an aftermarket starter. So I had it towed back home, pulled out the brand-new starter, replaced it with an OEM one from the junkyard, and it fired right up.
But the next day, same problem. No start.
At that point I had it towed to Complete Auto Repair, explained everything, and the owner immediately suspected an electrical issue. They kept my vehicle over the weekend just to be absolutely sure, and he couldn’t have handled it better. He communicated with me every step of the way, was patient, honest, and genuinely helpful.
I’m really grateful for small businesses that show up for their customers the way they did. Their service made a huge difference at a time when I really needed it.
I can’t recommend this shop enough! Spend your money with businesses that make a difference instead of big corporations that already have billions. I will never take my vehicle to another repair shop. Take the chance & I promise you won’t regret it ??”

“Very happy with Discount Tire in Grove City. Dealt with the store manager personally, whose name is Skyler. Very nice gentleman. Got me in very quickly, the same day I called. They were ready for me at the appointment time, and got me out the door in less than 1 hour, with a military discount to boot. All done while they were busy with many other customers. Reasonably priced tires that included installation and hazard warranty and all the assorted fees that other places all charge way more for... especially when compared to many others I shopped first... And... I love dealing with nice people who keep their word. I recommend asking for Skyler, and going to this Discount Tire location in Grove City. I used to not get the tire hazard warranty... But I have learned that Columbus streets will sometimes make a mess of our tires. ???”

“The only place I'll have my alignments done. I've got different shops to tell me that alignment isn't possible on my vehicles due to suspension damage without telling me which part of my suspension is damaged. Tire Tech staff are true professionals and know what they're doing. Same cars are 100% aligned and drive straight with no issues when the alignment service is done here. Some places have well-known names and are big franchises but lack smart techs. Tire Tech and Auto Services is the only place I'll use for all my tire and alignment needs.

Yes my compact spare , because I already had a flat that day, ( and dropped of the tire at home....) so I'm there with no spare, a dead donut , ofc they don't have a donut tire.. well they found me a rim and tire to get me by.. but I was $40 short... after a bit of encouragement to come up with the other $40, they were going to let me pay what I had and pay off the rest when I could... I was about to drive away when my roommate sent me the other $40, so I paid it off.So in summary, they weren't going to let a guy down on his luck just be stranded over $40, looked scheptical when I promised to come pay it off, and looked pleasantly surprised when I did. You are not gonna find better service or value anywhere unless you know someone, and I’ve gotten the impression these guys just take care of everyone this way. It’s worth it to give this place a try next time you need tires or service, just a warning you’ll probably never go anywhere else again afterwards.”
