“Forklifts group has been very helpful. I called in due to our warehouse forklift not working and they sent out a technician the same day!
The onsite technician Ernie was absolutely wonderful. He was very thorough and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He also has already set up the next phase to have our forklift repaired and that took a lot off of my plate! You can tell he is very passionate about his job and his customers.
After this experience I would highly recommend Forklifts Group and would love to have Ernie back out as our service technician in the future.”
