“Our 26 ft truck broke down from Washington DC to Columbus, had the insurance so they gave us another truck. Unfortunately they did not have another 26ft truck for us but did manage to get us back on the road same day. Upon return I met with Sarge at this location who was beyond helpful. A very stressful weekend was made manageable by the help provided by Sarge and the customer service line. Very highly recommend.”

“Great place to work, this place even has an indoor restroom, for both genders. They even have a guy who is a descendant of Bigfoot working their. Rugs can be found on the inside of the building from what I hear. Rumor has it that they even have indoor plumbing AND electricity! This is way better than being Amish, the people who work there all speak English and two people speak fluent gibberish. I can’t speak highly enough because this place is awesome.”

“Normally when you pick up a UHaul (and I rent them weekly for work), it is the least eventful part of the day. Well I have to say... goddamn! BUBBA made it an EVENT, rolling out the red carpet in a way that only such a uniquely gregarious fellow could. That's my dude now, and I shall return. I am tempted to go out of my way, I was so entertained. He was definitely NOT smoking a cigarette when I walked in, taking a phone call or wearing thick rimmed glasses which were nearly dangling off his nose while hand signaling to me to hold on because exceptional service was on its way. Caveat: they do not accept cash.”

“I never write a review but wanted to give these guys a 5 for truly trying to help me.I've rented a truck from these guys before everything super straight forward and easy team to work with.The owner is fantastic went in today because I had a uhaul hit my car while it was parked. I didn't expect much help but the owner personally walked the lot to try and help me find it. I just really appreciate someone going the extra mile like that in a business that's just a commodity like renting felt he deserved a 5 star. I would definitely recommend this spot from the ease of renting when I went in and from the super chill help if you ever have a weird situation like mine.”
