Great deli and bulk supply market. Prices on deli meats are amazing, and excellent quality. Nice selection of local products from Walnut Creek, Troyer's, etc. at very reasonable prices. Great selection of bulk candy and snacks.

Autozone in Orrville is top of the line when it comes to customer service. Our family has used this location for years ! Special call out to employee Brian at this location, as he is Above and beyond every time . Always greeting with a smile and “what are you working on”
This guy makes this location the best! Always helpful with finding what we are looking for. Wouldn’t shop for automotive needs anywhere else because of this. Thankyou!

The girl who is "certified diesel tech" couldn't even change my wipers neither could the manager. After 30 minutes they told me sorry ? and returned the ones they had me purchase. Never had this issue at this store before and my last several sets blades were from them so I know it's not because they don't carry them. Normally I'm patient but the girl didn't even seem to remotely care about the inconvenience and neither did the manager. I hope me trusting them to put back on my old ones won't cause issues. But I'm pretty disappointed with the customer service start to finish considering I've bought several sets of wiper blades from this specific store multiple times and have been a returning customer for other products as well.
Keep in mind I let them both try several sets total to the point where I was worried they didn't know what they were doing which is why I had them return them and just put my old ones on.
Update: was told by customer service they would have a regional manager reach out to me in 24-48 business hours.....two weeks ago. Don't waste your time here.

Jason was awesome! I came in with a completely flat tire. He filled my tire and suggested the tire store down the street. Fast and friendly service.
