Since the closing of RiteAid stores I have switched to this location for my scripts. They almost always have my scripts in stock and are very pleasant and knowledgeable. I believe they have increased the number of staff in the pharmacy also. I won't go anywhere else anymore. Keep up the great work!

Told them not to ship my prescription but they did anyway. Don't know if I will ever get it because ORRVILLE post office is very inefficient

The blonde lady that works the drive through window is so nasty and sarcastic. Every time I go to the drive up window she makes me go inside to the drop-off off window. I never had problems like this with the CVS in Copley. I try to be nice to this woman but she is always nasty.

This is thee worst pharmacy I have ever been too the staff are horribly rude and disrespectful. I will never go here again. They need to fire everyone and get a whole new staff that has some damn manners.

The pharmacists that I have interacted with here have been super helpful. The pharmacy is always super busy (not much choice in this town), and sometimes there is a wait. However, I've always had my questions answered, and the techs have been professional and usually friendly.

Pharmacy line constantly backed up and always slow. Usually if there are more than 2 cars in line I come back at another time or it's a 20+ minute wait. Every price on the inside is extremely overpriced and of no price matching.

When TWO pharmacists look at me after sitting at the drive through for several minutes and then, just walk away? Your toilets smell just like mine. I look forward to getting away from you. Kudos š to the techs. You are much better human beings.

Soo... my first incident was with a lovely lady who picked up the phone and,without introducing herself, without knowing my medical history, decided to give me medical advice, after I have been asking when my meds will be in. Then, when I told her that what she said won't work (as I am allergic to a certain medication), she hung up on me without a word. Went to the pharmacy and got some apologies. Not from her, of course. She still works there.
In the second incident, I was told to call 2 weeks before I ran out of my prescription so they could order it for me. When I called, they told me they had already gotten the meds in but not the dose I was supposed to get but double what I was on at the time. I ASKED if the prescription with the in-between dose was still in as it should have been (going up gradually), and she (a Cali or Kelly) lied and said NO. The highest dose was apparently the only prescription in. My chart and my doctors beg to differ, which I found out only the next day, next time I will check before even bothering to call them. Because of this, I had to have another medicine because let's stiff ourselves with meds due to incompetent pharmacists. (Or most likely aids)
It is absolutely unprofessional. They are absolutely ignorant in their field, and I am absolutely disappointed in the continuing errors these people make.
They will end up hurting someone because of their incompetency. Law suits pending one of these days.

Called in for a prescription question. (It was a long process before you can even talk to a real person). Finally I talked to someone and said let me ask my coworker and put me on hold. Waited for 10 minutes and they hanged up on me!

You ever go into a pharmacy and just feel so unwelcome and how there is a dark cloud over your head. Well that is how I felt here. I had to ask the pharmacist a medication question for an over the counter medication since my kid was sick. She had to be the rudest person I have ever met. I didnāt catch her name but I believe it started with J. Just do better cvs and make me feel welcome when I shop with you.
