They are horrible.. I put my things in this so called house hold storage unit. The water drains right down the sides of building, with gutter drains that basically push the water all around the units. Creating a NASTY mold, that had covered all my belongings!! They're reaction was that it wipes off, everyone knows that's false it has ruined my property!! They said with no empathy what so ever, why didn't you just take your stuff and go! Treating me like curb trash, as well as all that I owned. Out meant nothing to them to see me hurt, puzzled that they could put on such a major front about units that people store valuable sentimental personal pieces of their lives into! Not only did the unit have water damages, no ventilation, "only vents that looked like they did something, but in fact did not." Terrible irreversible mold damage, a very poor offensive attitude towards me, as well as no concerns about the property of mine that was ruined,!! THEY HAVE A SPIDER INFESTATION that you wouldn't BELIEVE! Spiders everywhere inside and out of the units. I doesn't my own money to try and dissolve the problem.. It's to deep of a matter for any store pesticides, it had to be gone through but a exterminator no way around it! However they are in no hurry to do anything about this issue. . Unless your storingg a bag of manure I recommend taking your money else where
