“We live in Missouri and called to order a sympathy arrangement for services in Orrville. It is sometimes hard to describe what you want by phone. However, I told the person who was helping me what I wanted - a lantern inside of a fresh flower arrangement. The person went around the shop to describe some of the lanterns. I chose one with a quote and colored flowers. The person who made the arrangement did an amazing job of matching the flowers to the lantern. The arrangement was absolutely breathtaking. Thank you for taking good care of us!”

“They did have nice flower arrangements, but I stopped for the fabric! Good prices on their fabric and a nice variety. Some of the shelves were bowed from the weight of the bolts but still holding them well! The staff was nice and helpful. They also have other home items there and I was able to get a pretty tablet of writing paper and a Berenstain Bears book too.”

“The Bouquet Shop turned my stressful day into a great one!! I was in a pinch for finding flowers for my bridal shower after I unexpectedly needed more within a DAY! I stopped in the shop already in tears and the wonderful woman, Laurie, was the only one working that day. She quickly calmed me down and showed me all of their single stems I could hand pick out myself. They had just what I needed and Laurie was SO KIND. I highly recommend this shop to any bride, or for anyone searching for beautiful flowers and warm customer service.”
