Goodwill Orrville Thrift is a local nonprofit that helps people in the community overcome challenges, build skills, and find jobs. The store operates independently, guided by a local board, and focuses on developing programs that meet local needs. When customers donate items, most of the money made from sales supports these efforts. The store is generally well-kept, clean, and has a friendly atmosphere, making it a popular spot for finding treasures. Customers appreciate the helpful staff, who often go out of their way to assist, especially when items are donated inadvertently. However, some recent experiences have been less positive, with a customer feeling uncomfortable due to rude and impatient behavior from a cashier. Despite this, many visitors enjoy the store’s welcoming environment and the variety of items available, making it a favorite shopping destination in the area.

We stop at this a few times a month looking deals. We will miss our employee who retired after from goodwill for twenty years.
