Speedway

Gas Stations
Hours: Speedway, a well-known gas station, offers a mixed experience for its customers. While the station boasts a large number of pumps, ensuring quick and efficient fueling, the interior of the store has reportedly declined in cleanliness and organization over time. Some customers have encountered issues with the application of loyalty points, leading to frustration. Despite these occasional challenges, the Speedway staff is generally praised for their customer service. One customer highlighted the exceptional assistance provided by a young associate, even suggesting a pay increase for his exemplary efforts. Another customer, a truck driver, was particularly impressed with the accommodating and helpful nature of an associate named Kenny, who allowed the customer to park their truck and enjoy a freshly prepared meal during their stop. The reviews also touch on the training and teamwork efforts within the Speedway organization. One customer acknowledged the challenges faced by new employees and the need for proper training, while another praised the positive attitude and professionalism displayed by an associate named Ty, who was multitasking between customer service and food preparation. Overall, Speedway appears to be a reliable gas station option, with a focus on providing a convenient fueling experience. However, the company could benefit from maintaining a consistent level of cleanliness and organization within its stores, as well as ensuring a smooth customer experience, particularly when it comes to loyalty program implementation.
