I have a 2019 Ford Ranger - I go to White's for all my oil changes and on the latest trip they were able to replace my battery and add air to all my tires. Full service with the convenience of an oil change. Nice job!

My daughter was interested in a used car on their lot. Salesman came out and introduced himself and shook hands with her boyfriend and my husband and totally ignored me and her. Took it for a test drive and the car had issues. When they came back salesman basically was done. Made no attempt to let us know what the issue could be with the car or if a mechanic could look at it. Obviously the commission wasn't worth the trouble. This was the worst customer service we've ever encountered with a salesman and dealership.

Bought a 2017 Ford escape The beginning of December was told do anything wrong with it is that it needed tires? A week later check engine light comes on. Found out 11 codes that they turned the check engine light off on. No honesty at this dealership

I recently purchased a used ford f150 at this dealership. I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan Kuberski who is an awesome salesman. He was very willing to work with us and very personable creating an amazing buying experience. I would highly recommend working with him with him if you are planning on visiting.

I’ve bought a lot of vehicles over the years. Multiple Mustangs, an Explorer, a Bronco, an Escape, and at least seven F-150s. This was my first time working with White’s Ford, and it was by far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had.
Greg Franks was fantastic to work with. We handled the entire deal over email, and when I came in to finalize everything, George Frantz took care of the paperwork. That part of the process is usually the slowest and most painful, but this was the best finance experience I’ve ever had.
I drove more than an hour to get this truck. At first it was simply because they were the only dealer with the color, bed, and trim I wanted. Now, after going through the process, I’d make that drive again without hesitation. They’ve earned a customer for life.
And by the way, the truck is awesome.

We bought a truck cash. Had the blue advantage warranty. They did a 172 point inspection supposedly. Transmission is slipping. Took it in and they couldn’t find anything so they charged us $175 dollars. But it was low on transmission fluid so they charged us for that. If there’s no leaks, but low on transmission fluid… wouldn’t it be that they either didn’t check the transmission fluid or top it off? So their service department doesn’t do a very good job and they don’t take care of their customers. If you want to be valued as a customer, don’t go here. When we went there they tried to sell us a rusted out junker just to get it off their lot. Then they tried to give us the paperwork for that truck but I noticed the mistake because the year was older. I wish I would’ve gone to a different dealer but this was close and we had a newborn and didn’t want to take him far from home.

Don't go here these people scammed me out of over 150 dollars. I called in and said I needed a purge valve replacement. Easy fix like 40 bucks to replace. I come in they take the car. They tell me they had to run diagnostics on the vehicle. I already knew what was wrong so this step was pointless. They end up not even running the diagnostic because the fuel level was too high. They couldn't even do the repair and decided to charge me anyways for the diagnostic they didn't even do. At no point beforehand did they tell me they would charge me for this diagnostic. I even have the extended warranty on the car as well so I should not have even been charged. Took it to another ford and they fixed it up for free after paying these people to do absolutely nothing.

I visited this dealership looking at a few vehicles and had a mixed experience. The first two cars I looked at had serious issues catalytic problems, rotted brakes, oil leaks, no heat, deteriorating timing belts, etc. I’m glad I had them inspected before buying, as I was quoted $4,000 in repairs for one car listed at $5,000. Even though I was looking at cheaper cars, it doesn’t diminish the fact that I was a paying customer. It also doesn’t take away from the fact that the dealership either doesn’t inspect these vehicles/address issues fully or doesn’t inspect issues with the lower-priced ones. I would just be careful moving forward and always take any vehicle here to a trusted shop for an independent inspection. I did mine down the road for free, it was quick, and that’s how I found the issues in the first two cars.
Finally, I looked at a 2016 Jeep Renegade. Everything seemed fine initially, and I did not get an inspection on this vehicle before purchasing because I was confident in its performance. Shortly after leaving the dealership, the check engine light and two other warning lights came on. When I finally brought the vehicle in for inspection, I found that oil and coolant were mixing, which was essentially deteriorating and eating away at the engine while I was driving. It was a bit scary to know this would have been my daily commute, as I travel frequently from Pennsylvania to Ohio.
The dealership handled the situation professionally. They reversed the deal, refunded my deposit, and even provided a 45-minute ride back to my home. The only downside was that it took almost a full day waiting for a call from service just to be told I could bring the car back in for inspection whenever. I also felt like the manager wasn’t as involved as he could have been during the process. Overall, though, the team took accountability and made things right.
If you decide to shop here, I still highly recommend working with Jonathan. Even though my overall experience was challenging, he handled everything with professionalism, making the process much more tolerable. Thank you, Jonathan, and thanks to the team for addressing the situation responsibly.

Whites Ford on Route 57 where we bought two trucks and have made plans to purchase two more in 2026 has not delivered the parts that were supposed to be ready for us when picking up the trucks, we have been waiting on the parts for over two months now, very disappointing of there poor communication, carelessness, no follow ups, over promising and under deliver.

20 stars for this place! I called about a car I saw and Jonathan responded right away. He treated me like gold from the beginning to the end of my experience there. White’s Ford now is my go to-to place for all things cars and customer service is bar none-and raises the bar everyday for their customers. It is a beautiful building, beautiful people, and I am a loyal fan.

called on a Thursday evening at 7:30 pm about a truck and they ran the numbers and said they would call Friday with bank information. waited and called at 9am Saturday. and “unfortunately the truck sold” but we do have others. So in 1 day a truck sold.. no call no email. terrible customer service. Unfortunately you did not ask for a deposit. The phone was on speaker and your manager gave us a price and said since it was 7:39 pm on a Thursday he would check with one more bank Friday for a rate and call us. No one was EVER asked for a deposit or called by your dealership for a different rate or a call to say it sold
