The lady working nite shift is very rude, 315 am 6 25 25, she was rude itold how much I wanted to put in pump she put it in wrong ,I mentioned it to her that was not what I said, she got up set told me speak more clearly then she wouldn't let me use my rewards

The cashier that works midnights should maybe put a smile on her face.. other people in this world have way worse things happening.. I feel like I'm inconveniencing her by coming in at 1:00 a.m. to fill up my truck with fuel... Maybe that's just her personality.. I mean dang is it that bad?!
On a side note. I continue to support the Orwell Shell station because of other qualities it offers. There's a girl named Ashley that has worked there for some time.. for as long as I can remember she has been super helpful... Not just with me.. Ashley's customer service is top notch.

Just bought gas at Kwik fill in champion Ohio paid $267 a gallon Orwell Shell gas station $319 a gallon talk about getting gouged we need to get a couple more gas stations in this town to stop this I'm going to let everybody I know what they are doing

The gas is 50 to 60 cents more than any place outside of Orwell. Go to Bloomfield ....

People are friendly. The windshield washer fluid is always filled. The store is very clean. The bathroom is clean. And you couldn't you can get in and get out.
