I believe in this program 100%. I very highly recommend it!!!! Learning how to move your body and eat healthy without denying yourself as well as working on mindset and being consistent is key. The support system is like no other. Truly the best. I've had phenomenal success. In 16 months I've lost 76+ lbs and over 65 inches. I've healed my NAFLD and so many other medical things that I had going on. Absolutely take the first step...I know I am so happy I did.

I started Natalie's program a month ago, and I am absolutely loving it! Natalie makes her workouts fun and challenging for all different levels of physical fitness. In the past, I have gotten on little kicks where I eat healthy and workout for a few weeks at a time, but then I always slip back into an unhealthy lifestyle. Having Natalie on my team pushes me and holds me accountable to continue challenging myself to reach my goals in a real and sustainable way. I highly recommend joining Natalie's team if you want to learn how to fuel your body to be the best version of yourself. I still have a long way to go, but with Natalie on my team I know i'll get where I want to be.

I can't say enough about Natalie as a personal trainer and as an inspiring, motivational coach and leader. I've tried over the years to work out on my own, but Natalie's style of training, encouragement and ability to hold me accountable without shaming or belittling me has been exactly what I need to be successful! If you are looking for personalized coaching, then Natalie is the trainer you need. She's full of energy, has years of experience, and has a passion for helping others. Natalie is dedicated to her clients, and will stand beside you during whatever your health journey is (loosing weight, gaining muscle, posing for competitions, flexibility, core strength, learning to eat for your goals, etc.). I've been training with Natalie since 2014, and she's the best!
