“We’ve been coming here for years, the crew always seems to do a good job of getting us in and out in a timely fashion. I do change my oil myself roughly half the time, but as the weather starts getting chillier, it’s much easier to run over to Valvoline. When I need a tire rotation or other minor service done, I get that done here as well.”

“I’ve gone here at least the last 3 oil changes and I have always left happy. I never leave reviews but tonight made me feel like more than just another oil change. They fixed a couple things that I had been dealing with and they made it seem like not a problem at all and a quick fix. They weren’t rude because I gave them extra work, especially so close to closing. They were both genuinely kind. This was great customer service and I’m huge on customer service and would never return if I wasn’t satisfied. The kindness and professionalism of them makes it the only place I’ll ever be getting my oil change from now on. As well as work done....found out they have a repair shop as well! :) I appreciate the hard work alongside the kindness and honesty.”
“The ONLY SHOP IVE EVER USED…. I worked here, I know the people who Own and Work there. I’ve let them put engines in and transmission and both cars ran better after that and I’m still driving the car we put the transmission in and 175,000miles later and it’s running better than ever? There is nothing better than taking your car home after getting it fixed and YOU NEVER HAVE TO TAKE IT BACK FOR THE SAME PROBLEM! You have Jenn Jordan and Jeff and a good crew of mechanics on deck. Those 3 have dedicated themselves to give the BEST CAR SERVICE you can receive up or down Sawmilll Rd there is another Goodyear Store at Powell Rd and Sawmilll Rd ?DO NOT GO TO THAT LOCATION? thats like a Co. Store? At Boy-Rad it’s a Family owned and there is a TON OF DIFFERENCE. They carry many brands of tires and they can fix about anything, IVE WITNESSED so stop by for just an oil change they would be happy to service your car??”
