“Never left the car. 15-20 minutes from start to end. Bud (I think) was very efficient, not hurrying, knowlegable, polite, and respectful. It was a very good experience!”

“Service was great, a man and his son. Oil change itself was quick and easy, but when my vehicle had and issue they took a few extra minutes to get me running again.”

“Stopped to get a quote, and Craig offered to pull fender that could rub tire out at no cost. Great example of small town business doing the little things for the right reasons. Thanks!”

“I brought my SUV for service without an appointment and was promptly attended to with professional care to every detail of the vehicle's needs. A thorough evaluation and update was immediately done and my vehicle was running perfectly thereafter. In addition to great service, the price was just right, all my questions were answered and suggestions were offered to improve my driving experience going forward. My visit to Chevy of Ottawa was like a breath of fresh air compared to past service visits at competitors. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and outstanding. I'm definitely going back to Chevy of Ottawa.”

“I go to Nick Rosselit for all of my car repairs. He is polite and fair, and also cheap compared to other estimates I have found for mechanic work. I will continue to bring my business here for my three cars every time!”

“Went in met Eric told him I really liked what he had on the lot particularly the crisom red Acadia 2017 and we talked numbers and warranties and tested it and I walked out with this beautiful vehicle haven’t had any issues with it and rides so smooth especially with the sunroof open love it”

“I purchased a mower belt that I was able to secure through a phone call. They had 3, but I didn't want to risk missing out. I was greeted and directed to where I could pick it up from one friendly employee and assisted with finalizing the purchase from another friendly employee. I also would like to thank Tony Schroeder for his suggestion of calling ahead. Hopefully this belt lasts longer than the one we bought last yr from another JD operation in Columbus area.”
