NOTHING ANYWHERE THAT SAYS PET WASH CLOSES AN HOUR BEFORE THEY DO. WE CHECKED BEFORE DRIVING 20 MINUTES TO THE STORE. Drove all the way there got there@ 7:30 and the pet wash was very clean we are about to wash the dog and they come running back and say we can't wash him. BASICALLY IT WAS ALREADY CLEANED AND THEY DIDN'T WANT TO HAVE TO RECLEAN IT. Found it odd because the lady at the front asked us if we were getting a pet wash.

I purchased a couple of the 3 ft pools in another couple tractor supply stores for 1.00. After calling the Ottawa, Ohio store and them saying that they had the pools. I got there at driving almost 35 mins. And they said that theirs were 4.99 and not a $1.00, and even though it was the same exact pool and same barcode. The sales associate said they could match the price since it was same thing. I walked around looking for other stuff and the sales associate seen me and let me know that his manager said they couldn't match the price because it wasn't the same thing. Even though tractor supply in Lima and Van Wart had the same thing for a 1.00. So I drive 35 mins there and back home wasting 70 mins for nothing. I even had photos of the pool & barcode at my home that we purchased and also my purchase at the other store on the app that we got from the other tractor supply showing the same thing. Which after showing the sales associate when I got there, but his manager said no.
Won't visit Ottawa store again.

My first time dealing with this store was great the second time not so much employees should be more worried about customers needs and not just worrying about themselves and their friends but I guess that's how this younger generation is I'm feeling I may avoid this store because they wasted about hour of my time ?

Very unprofessional staff I had to quite due to medical reasons and they had my pay card sent to the store and then opened it before notifying me it was there and then lied about knowing what the mail contained for a company that says they treat you like neighbors that's not very neighborly at all

Called on a pair of steel toe boots was told yes we have them will be at register waiting for you. Showed up no steel toed boots thank you for wasting 30 min drive each way

I called up early in the morning inquiring about bulk wood pellets prices and potential cost of delivery, or to see if I could take multiple trips to get it home. They said no problem on multiple trips, and they even helped me load my car between trips. The manager who took my cell number down earlier so she could call me back about prices, called me on the way there saying she found a TSC selling a ton for cheaper than them and would match the price. So got 2,000 pounds for a touch more than $200. Will get me a couple months before I have to reload.Get service, awesome people! Will be back!
