The store is awesome, but a delivery driver just passed us driving erratically, in a rush to pass everyone they could regardless of speed.

We went in looking for a gasket at the parts/service desk. I rang the bell and went to look for an employee. I asked what the hours were and was rudely told everyone was busy and thats the best she could tell me. Thats terrible customer service in my book. I walked out.

Ottawa Feed and Grain, True Value Hardware, I thank is more for the home and lawn type projects so I got there,, the other store on the same street is more for the outdoor, farm, shop, animal type projects, both stores are fine in what they carry, it just depends on the idems you need at the time and the projects you are working on
