Friendly, Excellent Customer Service, Prompt and Thorough. We have also been lucky for them to fit us in the same day for Salt delivery. Their Techs are so respectful and don’t drag their feet they take great pride in their work and that’s hard to find these days!

We went there to buy replacement 7% Hydrogen Peroxide for our water treatment system. We live on well water and it helps purify the water and takes out the sulfur smell.
They had exactly what we needed and less expensive because they sell it in bulk! Also they reuse the plastic containers that the solution comes in so it’s definitely a WIN WIN! Environmentally conscious! We will use them for years to come.
The customers coming in there are a little pushy and rude but just ignore them. The staff is super friendly and helpful!

Brad is always on top of everything. He communicates and responds promptly. That is rare now days and goes a long way with me. I’ve been a customer since 2007. Every time I move, I rent a water treatment system. I currently have bad sulfur and I don’t even know it with the system they installed. I would never go elsewhere! They do a great job!

By far the best company out there for your water needs! My well pump went out on a Sunday, of a holiday weekend out of all days. I gave them a call since there treatment system was running non stop and I didn’t want it damaged. They came out and serviced the system, then proceeded to help and replace the well pump and pressure switch, all in about 2 hours! They stand by there service no doubt! Extremely friendly and I was able to learn a lot about my well while fixing it too! Highly highly recommend Water Solutions!

Friendly and prompt service for our hydrogen peroxide needs at a better price than we were paying previously. Whenever I call for a delivery, it happens the same day or at the latest, the following day. Our rented equipment from a previous company still works great but I wanted to quote equipment from them. Prices were the same for the rental. No pressure to change equipment from them and they were happy to gain our peroxide sale only!

I am over 4 months into my equipment rental with water solutions and I couldn't be happier. I switched from Knueve, whose customer service is terrible and equipment is worse, and I wish I would have switched sooner. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Service is fast. I would absolutely recommend them for your water equipment service and or rentals.

I wasn't happy with this company so decided to go with another company. When they came out to pick up their equipment one of their employees wasn't happy with my decision and started mumbling rude comments to his partner which l heard. I was upset and posted on fb my unhappiness with him and he found out and started calling and texting me and harassing me. He was very unprofessional and would never recommend them to anyone.
