Quick story: I officiated/was a groomsmen for my best friend’s wedding a couple of weeks ago. The groom got the suits from a shop near Toledo (we won’t name names, but it rhymes with Flicknors) and they didn’t give him a vest. The suites were dark green and the shirts were ivory, and the groom was going to wear a vest. When we discovered they didn’t give him a vest, we were already at the venue near Findlay, and the bride was fit to be tied (very upset). She called and were given no help, and no vest! (And not a lot of effort to make it right!) I called Gustwiller’s and they were amazing. Good customer service is hard to find nowadays, and they provided GREAT customer service. Super helpful over the phone. Within 5 minute they sent me pictures of what they had in stock (Thankfully the groom was a similar size to their mannequins). When the groom went they took great care of him and really saved the day (and the pictures!). Amazing and no wonder they have been in business for so long.”
