I have here 5 years and I can’t say this place has became a better place since we have had our manager we have now she has done an amazing job and also not only as a manager she is there for her residents making sure they are happy and love where they live having her as a manger makes me want to stay a resident at Clermont...

I've been here for 10 years and I think it is a wonderful place to live. No drama or police always being here. Most of my neighbors are pleasant. Apartments are very nice.
