“We just moved in & couldn't be happier! Amanda The property manager was very helpful, kind & made the application & steps as smooth as possible. Communication has been amazing with Amanda she's very responsive & been very helpful with any questions we had. Maintenance man was very helpful with coming to help us as well. We are very happy to call this place home our neighbors are very nice , community seems very clean/ maintained & the inside of the mobile homes are beautiful. My boys finally have a yard to play in which I'm so grateful for & with the rules in the community I feel very safe with my littles . Would highly recommend this place Amanda has done a outstanding job here!”

“I lived here my junior and senior year of college and I loved it! They are constantly working on things here making it look awesome. The maintenance team is always available and fixes stuff normally the day of. Hawks puts on tons of events from scavenger hunts to even a pie eating contest which really creates a fun community here. The office also has tons of free snacks and coffee plus at least twice a week a free breakfast or lunch (which really comes in handy for broke college students like me lol). Not to mention the gym is super nice and having a pool/hot tub is amazing for the warm days! 10/10 would live here longer if i wasn't graduating!!!”
