Love this store, but during this trip today (5-3-24) my friend didn’t want an item and decided to place it down and her hands were full. One of the older ladies who work there was just eyeing us and proceeded to ask my friend who clearly couldn’t pick up the item, to hand it to her. (No please or manners. Very hateful tone) and I then proceeded to hand her the item and she yanked it out of my hand in frustration. And during check out she stayed close to the front end while our cashier was checking us out (this young lady was wonderful and friendly). As someone who has worked in a dollar store, this attitude and the confronting of the customers is unacceptable. It’s a dollar tree…it’s your job to pick up items set down. Not a big deal, we’ve all been there and just did the job.

I have shopped many Dollar Tree locations. This one in Oxford Ohio is the cleanest, most well stocked, well organized, and staffed I have ever seen! Outstanding!!!!

One of the best Dollar trees Ive been to! The store is always clean, organized, and well stocked. Workers are very friendly and efficient as well. Whenever there is a line at the cash register, it has always moved quick. I appreciate how I can get in and out quickly if I need something!

They were not taking credit card. The lady didn’t even tell me when I put my items on the counter. I couldn’t pay for my items because I had money on my card and didn’t have cash on me. Yet they were accepting check? Nobody under the age of 45 uses checks.

BE CAREFUL shopping at this store! They are now mixing $5.00 items with regular price items and if you don't notice the price difference on the tag until you check out you are out of luck. Even if you haven't left the store. The check out lady tried to be pleasant about it, but the store manager was rude. Be prepared to be blamed for the mistake.

The cabins are ok. The animals are cool. The lodge game room is fun and the pool. The desk ppl are confusing about reservations.

Decent location and it's clean except the manager is not very friendly. She was stocking shelves and didn't acknowledge any customers or even smile and when the cashier needed her she was rude to her.

Every time I’ve entered this place the CSR’s are gossiping rather than working. They are not friendly unless you are someone they know personally. Will have a light on indicating that lane is open for check out and after loading all of your things they will open a different lane and take customers that were behind you. No assistance ever offered. I will no longer do business here, I’ve given months of attempts thinking maybe it was just one bad apple, it seems to be the entire tree at this point. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

Dollar tree now have so many items that worth more than what we are paying. Shop in Dollar tree first before heading to any other grocery shop for items you can't buy in Dollar tree

Still good, though I went to a $1.25 Tree in Lawrenceburg, IN the other day and was disheartened. I'm sure your 8 billion dollar annual income will be greatly softened by adding that 25% to your pocket change.
