Christina is the sweetest and most helpful pharmacist EVER! Through her hard work and dedication, she helped me save over $100 on my meds :D she absolutely made my day, such a friendly person and she made me smile all through the phone call!! Shoutout Christina, somebody give her a raise !

I've been getting my prescriptions here for over 30 years and they have always been courteous and helpful. There are times they don't have a prescription in stock or available but if I need a few pills to tide me over while Dr's office gets their stuff together they are always helpful. Evan was always super helpful (not sure he's still there) but all seem good and willing to help. People need more patience on both sides of the counter to make life simpler and tolerable. Patience and understanding is lacking most of the time now days.

RUDE staff! No greeting at the drive through, just a person yelling ,”Date of birth! Name!”
And their automated system is not accurate. The computer will say that a script is ready but it won’t be. It will say you have a refill available but you don’t.
Take your prescriptions to the CVS in Oxford. They have great customer service and a very professional automated system.

My family has been getting our prescriptions filled here for almost 3 years. They never have our medication in stocks and wait until we get there to pick it up before they order it. The level of incompetence from this location is astounding.

I have always used Kroger pharmacy for my medications. They are polite, professional, and quick. And they always make sure I understand the medications I am receiving before I leave the building.

Sooooo slow, and they seem not to have common meds in stock. Had to come back three separate days to get three medications that were all prescribed in one doctor visit. Walgreens was much faster and always had things in stock. Not sure what the problem is with the Kroger pharmacy.

What an absolute clown show! My wife spent 2 hours here last night trying to help them get my insurance working with no luck. I came back today and as I was walking up a dark haired male tech held up his hand and said "we're closing in 2 minutes, come back at 130". My response was "I drove 30 minutes and I'm here before you closed". He didn't bother to reply, just pulled the wire grate over the pharmacy area. I understood taking lunch when there were COVID staffing issues, but there were 4 employees in the pharmacy when he pulled the gate shut, and a 5th entered as I was leaving. Second issue: My wife picked up a prescription for me last month that they said my insurance didn't cover. When I called to try to straighten out the mess today, I asked why an EpiPen wouldn't be covered. Turns out the pharmacy didn't want to deal with the issue with the insurance at that point, so just lied about coverage. I'll be filling a complaint with the Ohio Pharmacy Board as soon as I get home.

Script not ready after 2 hours post being sent in, tech reports had pricing question, no phone call, says give me 20 minutes, still not ready, says waiting for pharmacist to "push through", waited an additional 20. Not busy mid to late morning

Can’t manage to access my debit card in their system. This has happened twice resulting in my not getting the meds I need. I’m in a wheel chair so I had to send someone to pick up my meds. This has happened three times in the past few weeks.
