While I wish they were large enough to have access to modern financial mobile apps such as Apple Pay, they have upgraded their online tools in the last year which is a huge improvement! Solid financial institution and always helpful when we have questions or needs. Been with them for over five years.

Rude and incompetent. I wish I could support this small business but every interaction is exhausting. I called to ask a very simple question about the credit union's website. Employee told me to "google it," and continued to be incredibly condescending. Also, I get off of work at 5 and work Saturdays, but I got off a little early and stopped by to deposit a check. It was 4:52 and I apologized, saying I would be quick. Instead, the teller just put up the big CLOSED sign in the drive through window, and walked away. Absolutely terrible people working here.

I have banked here for 22 years. The Lynn St branch is so rude. No more, thank you or anything else. Complete silence from drive thru attendant! I checked capsule to be sure I didn't need to sign and return paperwork. Push the button and just walk away

Their rates are a joke. To all Miami international faculty: don't go to this bank. They will exploit the fact that you don't have a credit history and offer you loan rates 6X or more higher than any other place. Go to Kemba (run by Miami Alum)

Always have been courteous to me and my family. My father retired from Miami University and has banked there approximately 50 years and has only had an issue with one person, Rick West, who is no longer there!

This is the worst bank if you use any ride share apps, or money transfer apps. They put a 48hr holds on all of those transactions. If you get money at night, or on the weekend, for a emergency, which is the point of these apps, you cant use it until they open, or 48hrs later. Its a old antiquated system, and they are not doing anything to update it. Sending cash also puts a hold. Several times I could not get food for my family, or myself, because the home basically put my account in the negative. The money was already deducted, but the hold doubled that. I've spent an hour calling and no one is answering. Do not use this bank, if you do anything other than cash and in person card payments.

Rudest and most unprofessional bank personnel in the U.S. Felt discriminated and unwelcomed. Will never return.

We love the credit union. As a nonprofit they truly exist to help people and they have been there for us during emergencies, buying and selling a home, for a car loan, building our credit, etc. 100% of the staff have been warm and kind to us for many, many years. I consider them a core part of our community and feel as if the staff are friends. I've even noticed that when new staff are hired the training process is outstanding/new people are supported and become great at their jobs quickly. Thanks for everything Miami Community Credit Union!

I banked here for nearly a decade. I recently overdrafted my account, because I called to check my balance and then made a transaction based on that amount. I get an email telling me my account is overdrafted. So, I go in to close the account because right now I do not have the money for fees. I get told it doesn't have a negative balance. So, I asked why my account was overdrafted. She told me "you have to have $5 in your account at all times". Okay. Why didn't the person I spoke to remind me of that? I called in to check my balance. It was low. A friendly reminder that "your actual balance you can use is ____" would have been appreciated. The teller immediately got defense and said "well, you should know that". Okay. Regardless, that is terrible customer service. So, I closed the account. That was a whole nother process. Oh, and my social has been wrong in their system for almost a decade. Way to go.

I called to get help with a pre approval home loan and no one ever called me back. This is not the first time this has happened. Another time I called about a car loan and no one ever responded. I have a few accounts at the Credit Union but am prolly going to close them. If you don't care enough to call customers back then you most likely don't want or need their business.
