4 people working, only 1 making drinks, she was talking the whole time with the others, not a care in the world or for the customers that were waiting. Also, not friendly at all.

Ordered 2 Frappes and when received them we were told they were out of whipped cream. However, we saw several people come out after us with plenty of whipped cream. Also had no crunch and very little caramel. It was mostly like drinking vanilla frozen yogurt.

I got a hot chocolate with oat milk. Not a hard order to be honest. There was maybe 5 people in front of me in line. It took half an hour to get my drink done. The worked so slow. It was like watching someone actually walk in the same setting as a Sunday driver. On top of that, I ordered a venti. I spent close to 5 dollars and it was about 2/3rd full. I don't care what you say that is a waste of my money. With the money that I spent to get a hot chocolate, I easily could have gotten myself a gallon and a half of gas. Absolutely Pathetic. Doesn't even deserve one star. I feel bad for who ever gets coffee during a busy time. They must wait for close to an hour to get their stuff.

Avoid this Starbucks! Located in the Shriver Center, this location is a monster to deal with. The line wraps all the way around the store every time that I have been in it and the staff just cannot compensate. I have had my order messed up several times and all I get is an iced coffee black. No sugar, no cream - that should be the easiest thing to make right? And I always specify no cream no sugar because Starbucks' default is to add something to it. In addition to their very long lines, they also are always completely full on seating so forget about coming here to study unless you get here the minute they open. Studying is normally one of the nicer parts about going to Starbucks and without this, it simply isn't worth it to me. The store is located next to 3 major living quads including sorority quad. Probably will never come here again.

Low speed (not the busy time! ), unprofessional; made my drink wrong 2 days in a roll; cashier rather just stand and doing nothing than deal some bakery order. I have worked in dining hall before, but never see the speed as this low.

It's always crowded, and if you have to wait in a big line usually. The food, and coffee is good, and it has wifi if your working on a paper or need somewhere to go. The service, is slow though.
