Everything was fine until my card was charged incorrectly. I rented a van and brought it back well before the end of business hours, but was charged a $20 convenience fee that is reserved for the after-hours drop off, which I did not do. Only on my fourth call to the store did someone answer, but they hung up after I explained why I was calling. I sent an email and did not receive any reply. They hadn't missed my calls before I had brought the van back, leading me to believe they were avoiding my call. Ridiculous.

Rented a 15' truck and an appliance dolly, but on pickup the dolly was nowhere in sight. I had already paid in advance, so I went inside to inquire what the situation was and they couldn't figure out how to read my original U-Haul contract even after I gave them my order number. What they ended up doing is making me pay a second time in order to get a dolly, and then never closed the contract after I returned it. This not only resulted in a double charge, but I was contacted by U-Haul wondering why I never returned my equipment.Thankfully U-Haul support rectified the situation, I would just avoid this location if you can help it.

I know this review won't affect their business because it is built in at a college town location but please know these folks are awful and don't care about you or your reservation. On a highly stressful day they gave up our reservation made weeks in advance and with a dozen trucks in the lot we were

Called in a reservation for moving pads at 1030am, told them on the phone I would be there in an hour. Arrived at 11:30 and the place was closed.

Would give it zero stars if I could. Despite the hours on their website saying they're open, and reserving a truck 4 days in advance, I received a call from a different location the day before my rental saying this location was closed for a special holiday on the day I would be picking it up. Never heard of a July 9 holiday. Would have been great to know that in advance. And their customer service over the phone was terrible with no explanation, apology or reasonable alternative to make up for it.

I was told by a receptionist that is not even located there, that they were open weekends until noon. Arrived at 11, they were closed. Called back, they said, 'let me check; Oh no, they're not open this weekend.' So I made a RESERVATION for the next Saturday. The actual place, which is just a small car repair shop, called and says,'we're not open this weekend.' They'll be open to cater to the college cruds, when they get ready to go home for the summer though! I don't recommend this place at all!

There was a blonde lady that works there told me that their insurance was full coverage. She lied and I wasted money on insurance, it only covers damage to the vehicle.
