I can't say enough good things about my experience with the Oxford UPS store, especially HALEY BROCK. Haley went beyond the call of duty helping me send out a package. Kudos to Haley for excellent customer service and compassion. Thank you Haley Brock, this wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for you and your caring for customers and your help.

Unfriendly and unhelpful! I went there to return my order and asked a question Why my purchase order from retailers/senders were sometimes sent back ? They didn’t explain, rather defended themselves (they cannot change the address blah blah blah). I don’t know your supply chain but I wanted to who Who/How should I approach???? A b.lady went to the back and gave me a phone number of UPS….. I called UPS and they needed tracking number… I told them I have no tracking number but I have a story to tell….. so and so! At the end of the day it was a useless and wasting my energy with these people. You should listen before judgement!!!! I am Asian, English is my second language.
