If negative stars was a bank, this would be it. Just wasted an hour with Taylor while simply wanting to close an over 1 year old savings account created from a trust. After several calls to corporate and the originating branch in Cincinnati/OTR, that even shared the original court documents and sent hard copies via fax, no one was willing to remove the hold on the account that was clearly originally placed due to account holder's age. This branch manager only managed to claim ignorance of the documents in front of her (why is she a ‘manager’??) The Cincinnati/OTR manager "wasn't available" but the individual there, that faxed the court documents, suggested deferring to the Oxford branch manager. Why are banks operating in silos in 2022!? Why are branch managers clueless/helpless about account holds placed by other branches!?Why would anyone bank at US Bank!?

This branch is the worst! No money in the ATM. One clerk working both drive thru bays and the front window! There were 8 cars in drive thru and people lined up out the door. I will never step foot at this branch again. This is beyond ridiculous!

This is hands-down the slowest and worst bank in the state of Ohio. They are rude and clothes before they're supposed to.
