THIS POST OFFICE IS A NIGHTMARE, I’M ESCALATING THIS TO A CORPORATE SUPERVISOR SOMEONE, I’m sending emails to whoever big that can listen. As well I’m posting on social media about this bizarre situation. I don’t have the time to keep coming into this post office everyday about my package that your carrier lost. I need answers and I also need a solution and my money. I can’t continue doing this.

The worse mail I’ve ever seen. Please don’t waste your money paying extra for a faster shipping. They still your money and send it though regular mail.

I have Always had pleasant experiences at the Post Office in Oxford,...However, I have NEVER RECEIVED my Residential Mail before 4pm on Mondays...usually 4:15-4:30...therefore I can do No banking or very little business that day. I can only imagine how busy the mail carrier is but might I suggest rotating your route so sometimes I may get mail before 4pm....just a friendly suggestion.

I want to thank Dave who answered the phone five minutes before closing to find a package I had ordered and the company didn’t put the full address on it. He found the package added the unit number and it was delivered today! Thank you Dave

At the post office, there was a woman who was very indifferent and rude. We went there simply to inquire about the status of a package that had not been updated for a long time. She kept emphasizing that only express shipments could guarantee delivery times, while priority mail could not. However, we weren’t concerned about late delivery; we were worried that the package might have been lost. We weren’t expecting her to find the package immediately for us, either. Instead, we were hoping she could tell us the address of the last scanned location so that we could drive there ourselves or call to inquire. However, all we got in return was a cold refusal.
There were also another woman and a man at the scene, and although they couldn’t fully answer our questions, at least their attitude wasn’t as cold and dismissive as hers. After leaving this post office, we immediately went to another one. The staff there checked the system and informed us that the package had been scanned at 6:00 PM the previous day at a specific address (which they provided to us). He also kindly suggested that we wait until the next day and, if the package still hadn’t arrived, come back to the post office for further assistance. His response moved us and made us feel respected.
This experience shows that rudeness and indifference are not issues with every USPS employee; it’s a problem with certain individuals whose professionalism needs improvement. We hope that the woman at the first post office can be more polite the next time she encounters someone in need of assistance. Even if she is unable to help, there is no need to adopt a condescending and overbearing attitude.

This place is a joke. I came in asking about my mail because there was an issue with it being delivered and the lady said she didn't have anything there under my address. I came back a few days later and a different lady told me that it had been sitting there waiting for me for days but the first time I came the old lady had no idea what she was doing. How can you work for a company for most of your life but still not know what you are doing? Avoid this post office at all costs trust me

They don’t deliver the mail and just instantly return to sender everything they get. I’ve had 2 packages come from overseas and they’ve sent them back because their laziness.

I had an issue with a package that had been hung up in St. Louis. Called and spoke with Wendy(?), she was so helpful and friendly! Can't thank her enough!!

A woman named either Lindy or Wendy was a tremendous help in tracking a package for me. I'm in CA and my customer is in Oxford so this was done over the phone. There was a mixup with the delivery and she explained the situation clearly to me and helped sort it out. I really appreciate her efforts especially during such a busy time of the year.

Called with a problem with a package being delivered, It was taken care of immediately and everyone was also very nice....and I received the package same day.
