So happy I found a PS5 there. Danielle was one of the best sales clerks I've ever dealt with (anywhere). Yes I know I'm paying the price for my PS5 but my credit is terrible I am low on funds but can afford their monthly payments. Plus I hope to just buy it outright with their same as cash plan. If you are in the same boat as me you couldn't find a better place or a better staff to help you get what you need.

This store is something else, I got a TV a little over a year ago and never had problems, in May they botched something with payments and hit my bank early for payment , I tried calling 4 times that week because the early withdraw caused a mini avalanche causing me to get 3 over drafts on things , I never got a call back and just let it go, last month I called to switch payment methods, I was told no problem on the phone then my bank got hit anyways , when I called back I was then told that it takes time for it to go through (should have been told that at the time of my first call) after a conversation I was told my next months payment would be taken care of, today happened and they hit my bank yet again causing now a third set of charges from my bank . When talking to Scott (The manager) I was told that the employee was not authorized to tell me my payment would be taken care of, and I was basically SOL, I have now incurred over $200 in fees due to the incompetence of this place. They were nice enough to waive the fee they charged (One I wouldn't have gotten if people did their job right) and they pushed my payment back a couple weeks. ?

Scott and all the staff will do whatever it takes to make it right. I can buy anywhere but the delivery set up and the fact that they will make it right if something is not working right is far better than other stores I have bought fromCall Painesville store give them a shot you will see they are the Best Buy place to go.
