Had a fender bender, turned over to progressive. Lou kept me updated constantly! On Friday I said I'd come pay my deductible, but would be 15 after 4. He said he would wait for me!My truck looks better than it did when I bought it used. Thanks Lou! I'd recommend you to everyone!
