I look forward to getting my Legacy serviced at Adventure Subaru. It sounds crazy, but the staff there makes car maintenance fun. They are competent, kind, funny, polite and consummate professionals. They are a great team, one that seems like family. I got my car back in under an hour, washed, too!

I went in for an oil change and it was done quickly and correctly. I was even given the heads up that tires will be needed by the next oil change. Veey happy with the service department.

We are traveling on vacation and a check engine light came on our Forester. I was able to lfind Adventure Subaru on the internet. I called and Shea helped me find their shop. It was almost closing time so we were not sure if we would be able to continue on. DJ and Shea assured us they would do everything in their power to get us back on the road. The tech, Tom, was able to get a few parts replaced and the light was gone and we were back on the road. We will always be grateful to Shea, DJ, and Tom for the extra effort and time they gave us. Thanks to all of you and God Bless

After leasing my 2024 Subaru Legacy from Ken Ganley in Wickliffe, I was very unhappy with how I was treated. From sales to service, there was a problem in every turn. I didn’t know whether I’d keep the car as the interactions were so unprofessional. Earlier this week, I chatted with Adventure Subaru online and they told me they’d be happy to service my vehicle. Setting up the first appointment was simple, and when I arrived today, I was treated like a celebrity. The kindness, welcoming, and genuine empathy was a refreshing experience. Shae walked me through everything, and I was thrilled to have the car finished in less than the time quoted. I am now an Adventure Subaru client and customer. My next Subaru will be from this fantastic group of people.
