BY FAR the best car shopping experience I have EVER had. The entire staff was absolutely phenomenal with making sure I was walking...well, driving out with the safest vehicle that they have on the lot. Safety is my absolute #1 with my vehicles, and they made sure to go into detail with the safety features for my peace of mind. Financially, they made sure that they gave me their best possible deal that they could with the amount I put down, and even gave me a complimentary $25 gift card for gas. It was absolutely worth every penny coming to Adventure Subaru over any other dealership. Fantastic job to everyone there, and I will DEFINITELY be referring them to family and friends at every opportunity.

We just purchased our third Subaru from this dealership. It was Halpert Subaru when we bought our first in 2006. Gary Pohto sold me all three cars with help from Bob Lytton on our most recent because we went in on Gary's day off. I have been very happy with all three cars and use the service department there for all oil changes and maintenance. I would highly recommend Adventure for anyone looking for a Subaru. The buying process was smooth and they have followed up to make sure we're satisfied

I’ve never recommended a car dealership because it’s usually a rough experience for the customer. But this dealership gives off a warm vibe and Tony Canzone is such an awesome guy to work with. He’s super likable, friendly, and I highly recommend if you’re looking for a car. He went out of his way to help me out and I’m glad I went here.

This is regarding service.Purchased used Subaru Forrester 2013 at this dealership. Came today for rear rotors and rear brakes replacement. Waited 1 hour 15 mins to be told that they want to do extra repairs to the cost of over $2500! (Front and rear brakes, rotors, and one light bulb)Man was patronizing, and then attempted to flip the conversation over that I was mistreating him, “you’re talking to me like a child” after I shared that I am not paying that bill, return the car, I’m leaving.I was told no, and he treated me like a child telling me that I had to go sit in the room until the manager could talk to me.I’m sorry, I want my car returned, and I’m leaving. I’d rather go to Cascade auto group.All I wanted was rear brakes and pads. I know it needs front brakes and possibly rotors but I would do that as a second step in the near future once I saved up money as it would cost anywhere from $450-$500 to get it completed.Folks, stay far away from this place. I should have listened to other nurses and providers who shared similar negative experiences and concerns.The only credit I could give is the service manager who was a very nice man who said that they revamped the service department which was not my experience today.When I shared at service check in that all I wanted was those two things done. Do the job!Customers need to be given choices, and if the customer only wants rear brakes completed then complete it. If you want a waiver signed, fine, but you do not waste the customers time, refuse to do the work scheduled, then demand that you need to pay over $2500 worth of work done otherwise you can’t leave?!There is a nursing shortage out there and it’s very difficult to get time off from work. Now I have to embarrassingly ask for another day off of work because a service dealership could not get the job done.

Joe was patient, helpful, and informative when I recently bought a new cross trek. I would definitely recommend him and the dealership. After speaking with other dealerships in the greater Cleveland area, I’m really happy I chose Adventure.During the final signing, I thought the finance representative went much too quickly. I would ask her to slow down.

Liz Lyons has been extremely helpful to me and several of my friends and family every time I've been to adventure Subaru. She is extremely professional and easy to work with and is very knowledgeable about every Subaru on the lot.

I was disappointed with Subaru in Painesville these years. The service department has been very slow. I hated going there because an oil change was taking 2-3 hours from arrival to departure. I decided to give them a try so I called and talked to Jim in service. He assured me on the phone it was going to be no longer than a hour. Well today I went in and Jim kept his word, he called me and I picked up my car, the oil had been changed and car was washed. Thank you Jim, you earned our business back.

Adventure Subaru is a family businessAdventure Subaru is the right place to go when you’re thinking of getting a new vehicle. My family has known the owner for around 10+ years, He’s usually present and we always go back to his dealer whenever we are looking for a new ride. The personnel create a very positive rapport with the customer which leads to a better shopping and owning experience. Service is knowledgeable and personable !The saleswomen took the time to set up my car’s mobile remote start. My buying experience was around four hours because I am a picky customer however the dealership is reasonable in prices and will help you stay within budget.White Subaru Legacy Limited 2023

Here is my adventure with Adventure Subaru. In 2020 I found the Subaru Legacy sport that I was looking for, but it was not on their lot. That other dealership would not budge on the price. I called Adventure Subaru and let them know that I was looking for a particular model. They obtained the car from the other dealer and after I drove it I told the salesman that I wanted his absolute best price. He gave it to me and made the sale. Fast forward to 2023. In January it was time to trade the Subaru sport, just because it was time. This time adventure Subaru and the legacy touring XT that I was interested in on the lot. They worked up a great price for my trade and the out the door price was what I was looking for. Lynne Elkins worked out all of my STARLINK issues before I left the lot. (You can buy a Subaru without STARLINK but why would you?). I'm going back for my free first oil change, so hopefully the service department has there A game going. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the dealership and I'm happy to give them a five out of five.

Very nice people. Very helpful. I had both rear wheel bearings replaced on my 2015 Outback 2.5. They found a couple other issues that were then replaced under Subaru Extended Warranty (my regular warranty expired at 36,000 miles, I currently have 183,000 miles on it.) Downside was I had to leave the car overnight as they did not have those parts they replaced for free under the warranty, as they did not expect it. So they gave me a free loaner. To top it off, the cost came in under the quote I was given! Very happy with their service. I will go back there for sure!
