Boost Mobile is an essentialplace to have open today or cell phone bill or to buy cell phone and during this epidemic we don't we all need to have a way to call somebody and yet Boost Mobile closes so there we go with their poor customer service and they're City attitudes we also have that they don't even stay open or have in stock what they're supposed to have on sale

Rude that's all I can say was trying to change phone service and asked three questions and the girl told me she did not have time to answer my questions. Very rude could have been pleasant and asked me to call back if she was busy. RUDE. I would not send my worse enemy to this location.

Boost Mobile had the absolute worst customer service. I can pretty much have longevity with a phone service provider if all conditions are met: Great value, great service and superior customer service. Boost Mobile dropped the ball repeatedly in the customer service department. The only reason I stayed on as long as I did because I filed a complaint with Sprint's executive office regarding the horrible customer service at their affiliate, and one of the sweetest female senior executives become my go-to person when there was any problem. She retired at some point, and I left Boost Mobile.
