“I ordered a special cake for our grandson and the ladies at Giant Eagle in Chardon were awesome. I had a picture of a Paw Patrol cake that he wanted and they drew it up and when I picked up the cake, I was so happy. Our grandson loved his cake and was so excited. It looked amazing and tasted just as good. Awesome job ladies”
“This has been my go to place for "convenience store" runs since it opened because they have nearly everything I want, with the added benefit of not having to get out of the car. Plus the service is always quick and they are always so polite.If I haven't already persuaded you to try them out know this they have one of the larger selections of energy drinks in flavors I didn't know existed and a amazing selection of chips and candy.Seriously I can't give this place enough love. Thank you for always having what I need!”

“My parents would always take me here as a kid when they needed there lottery numbers, Tina used to always give me a lollipop when i would come with my mom while we would wait. I stop by once in a while when I’m in town to see Tina and Jay and occasionally you may even see their sons helping out. It’s a family owned shop with its own unique charm, rough around the edges sure, but eventually you find yourself coming back not just for a quick bag of chips or drink but to see how the family is doing. Nowadays I work in a big city so it’s always nice to get that sense of community from the places you grew up going to! Always warms my heart seeing them when I stop by!”

“Since taking over on 05/18/2025, Ezgo Foodmart – Richmond St has made incredible improvements! The store is under new ownership and has been providing excellent customer service in a clean and welcoming environment.
They now serve fresh, hot food at great prices, and the store has improved a lot over the past few months. Customers can clearly see the positive changes in both quality and service.
They are also bringing a new Ship N Print service to the store, which is a great move for the community. Now, no one has to drive all the way to Mentor for shipping services — everything will be available locally and conveniently.
Most importantly, this store is not related to Harry Foodmart. It is proudly connected with the other Ezgo Foodmart locations, operating under the same name and ownership with a commitment to better service and growth.

“I had the nicest experience ever yesterday at Harry’s Food Mart 1 I stopped in to buy a few items. Andy one of the workers there was at the cash register. I asked him if they had bananas. He replied with a very friendly yes and took me to the isle where they keep their bananas. I also asked where their potato chips were. He then took me to the isle where their potatoe chips are. He met me back at the cash register and checked me out. He told me to come back and have a goodnight. The owners of the store and other workers are wonderful and friendly people! I might add that they have the best meat in town! I’ll be shopping there tomorrow for hamburger meat!”

“There seems to be a change in the atmosphere! I was greeted when I walked in by a very polite cashier. As I was scanning aisles for canned dog food I was even asked if I needed help~ where a kind gentleman pointed out what I was searching for. As I left I was also told to have a great Sunday. Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians are all knowledgeable and can answer your questions whether the med comes from the central fill insurance pharmacy or they fill your medication in the store! If there is a delay with your medication or small print on your pharmacy bottles from the central fill insurance pharmacy don't be afraid to speak with your pharmacist or technician. They are very helpful. Special thanks to store manager Scott, who answered my questions and told me today the Painesville Walgreens is Not on the closure list! “Clean and fully stocked store. Scored some great sales with the "buy one get one for 50% off" promos, plus coupons. Just wish they had a wider selection of Wet N Wild cosmetics. And I didn't see any Nyx cosmetics...maybe that's only carried at their competitor's stores. Overall a good shopping experience. Quick in and out.”

“Never had an issue coming here. It's very convenient for me to walk down here and I can order food whenever I want regardless of the hour and I can use my EBT card to pay. Wonderful sandwiches for a really good price and they have good doughnuts too. Everyone that works here is really nice and always say have a good day/night. It's a good stop, glad that it's here.”
