This company continues to enforce a contract that they have not lived up to. The software does not work with our current software and they continue to demand payment. I would not work with this company. They do not live up to their obligations.

It is less than average. It will log out spontaneously and dictate utter nonsense many times. There is customer service. While the responses are timely, their solutions DO NOT solve the problems. The problems keep recurring.
