I refuse to shop here anymore after encounters with rude staff. One time I was in to get balloons for my daughters birthday party, among other things. I waited in line and told the cashier (im pretty sure she’s the manager) that I would like to purchase balloons. She sighed heavily and response was “well, next time you need to let me know right when you walk in that you need balloons so I can inflate them while you’re shopping, because now I have a line and I have to step away to fill those balloons for you.” Um…OKAY?? That’s your job. How was I supposed to know you wanted to be alerted of that. It takes 2 minutes to fill up balloons, and there were only 3 people in line. No one seemed to mind. Horrible attitude towards customers. Then I went in there today to do an even exchange, and the cashier (a younger male) told me he can’t do the return because he needs a manager, and they are all in the back unloading a shipment and he can’t ask for their help because they will yell at him. He asked if I wanted to wait until they were done unloading the truck to do the return. Um no I don’t want to wait. He was polite about it but that’s messed up. The employees constantly complain in front of customers and talk about how they met their sales goals for the day. Like what a joke. I’ll happily drive to another dollar tree out of my way.

This business is trash.The district manager will take hours off your pay.The store manager is a bully .And Dollar tree is just a scam in itself.Also they have a cashier that talks bout his zipper being down and asking the customers to look at it...

Although prices are no longer a dollar. Dollar tree has continued to up the game when it comes to food items and name brand products very happy I'll continue to shop there

I was in the area and decided to stop in the Dollar Tree at this location, I was so impressed with how clean the store was. I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee and felt welcomed in. This is the cleanest dollar tree I have ever been in and the shelves were stocked. The only thing they didn't have that was disappointing was Fiji water like some of the other locations but they had a great selection otherwise. I am really impressed and if I need to go to another dollar tree in the future I will be making a trip to come to this location. Wonderful staff! Thank you and keep up the great work!

Showed up at 8:53 when they close at 9. I just needed to pick up a couple of snacks for movie night and had more than enough time to do so. Manager was blocking the door and refused to let me in. She said they were closed because there were 2 people in line and they close at 9. A manager at a store should be smart enough to know that you don't lock the door before closing time.
